- Delivery records, including assigned redeem code, delivery status, sent time, resend count, and support history.
- Support information you send to us, such as checkout email, order issue details, use-case descriptions, and Telegram/X/email messages.
- Operational records used for fraud prevention, abuse review, inventory tracking, and service reliability.
Payment Data
SC Links uses Stripe for card payment processing. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive card authentication data. Stripe handles payment details according to its own security and privacy practices.
How We Use Information
- Deliver redeem codes and support purchased credit packs.
- Confirm order status, resend delivery emails, and resolve customer support requests.
- Detect fraud, coupon abuse, chargeback risk, prohibited use, and suspicious ordering patterns.
