Refund Policy

SC Links sells digital prepaid API credit packs. Refunds are handled carefully because redeem codes are delivered electronically and can be used immediately after checkout.
General Rule
Once a redeem code has been delivered, the order is generally not refundable. If there is an order issue, contact support with your checkout email as soon as possible.
Refunds May Be Considered When
- The payment was successful but no redeem code was delivered and support cannot resolve it.
- The wrong product was delivered and the code has not been redeemed or used.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake and the duplicate code has not been redeemed or used.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds Are Usually Not Available When
- The redeem code has been delivered and redeemed.
- Credits have been used or transferred into an account balance.
- The order is associated with abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, or policy violation.
- The customer used a coupon, test discount, or promotional offer and the code was delivered.
- The customer expected a different third-party model, provider, throughput, or feature that was not listed on the checkout page.
