SC Links provides prepaid API credit packs and related setup support for lawful software development, automation, and business workflows.
1. Prepaid Credits
SC Links sells prepaid credit packs. A redeem code is delivered after successful checkout. Redeem codes should be redeemed within 30 days. After redemption, credits remain available in the customer's SC Links account balance unless abuse, fraud, chargeback, or policy violation occurs.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your account, API keys, prompts, outputs, applications, and end users.
- You must use SC Links only for lawful purposes and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
- You must not resell, share, or expose API keys in a way that enables abuse or unauthorized use.
- You must provide accurate checkout and support information when requesting order help.
3. Abuse and Suspension
SC Links may pause delivery, suspend support, revoke access, or refuse future service when we detect fraud, chargeback risk, suspicious usage, prohibited activity, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Service Availability
API availability may depend on upstream providers, network conditions, account status, model availability, and rate limits. SC Links does not guarantee uninterrupted access, unlimited throughput, or availability of every model.
5. Refunds
Refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy. Because API credits are digital goods delivered by redeem code, completed deliveries are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved by SC Links after review.
6. Support
For order issues, contact support with your checkout email. Support is available through Telegram, X, and email, but email is the primary channel for order records.
7. Changes
SC Links may update these terms as the service, pricing, risk controls, or provider requirements change.
